One loaf of French or Italian bread from your local supermarket deli(unsliced). Slice it in half lengthwise. Lay the two halves out on a cookie sheet. Brown hamburger &/or sausage with onion. Drain meat on paper towel when browned.
Cover the 2 bread halves with a good spaghetti sauce or pizza sauce.Sprinkle with some of the meat/onion mixture. Cover that with any Italian cheese or cheeses. Cover cheese with mushrooms, peppers, olives, pepperoni...... Cover again with meat & cheese. Basically just layer layers of anything you like on pizza bake uncovered on cookie sheet for 30 minutes or so till browning at about 400 in oven.

Your best bet for ease and deliciousness and healthfulness is to start with a pizza shell like Boboli, which comes in regular, thin, and whole wheat versions. Your local market may have other brands, too. Preheat the oven to about 400 degrees. Use a perforated pizza pan (so the bottom doesn't get soggy). Spread the shell with sauce -- you can use bottled pizza sauce, but ordinary spaghetti sauce is fine, too. I like tomato paste for its intense taste, but not everyone does. Then sprinkle on grated cheese -- you can buy 8 oz-packages of pregrated "Italian cheese" blends or use lowfat mozzarella. Add any toppings you like. Bake 10-15 minutes. Let stand a couple of minutes before you cut it.

Do you have a food processor? If not the dough is really simple to make by hand too. disolve 2-3 tsp of yeast in warm (not hot) water (maybe a cup of water), add a teaspoon or 2 of sugar if you want to help rise the crust. Then take about 2-3 cups of flour, add a tsp of salt, also anything like garlic powder or italian herbs you want to add for flavor to the crust. Mix this with the yeast mixture. If you need to adjust the flour or water you can tell by working with it. Dough should be soft and plyable but not sticky. Knead it for a minute or two and let it sit covered in a oiled bowl while you prepare the rest of your stuff. You can use canned sauce (I use spaghetti sauce usually) and then cut or chop anything you want on top. If using sausage you can cook it first so its not so greasy on the pizza. Roll out your dough, put some sauce on it add the ingredients you want and cover with shredded cheese, mozzerella, smoked provolone, or any other you want to really. Bake in a hot oven (I bake mine really hot to try and get it like a pizza parlor). About 450 until the crust is done and the cheese is melted. (preheat oven first)
If you want to get fancy you can oil crust with olive oil first before adding sauce, sprinkle crust with parmesian cheese before baking or garlic salt or substitute a good beer for the water also. Be creative and have fun, you cant go wrong with home made pizza.
P.S. If you want more specific crust directions just follow a white bread recipe or go to allrecipes.com for some really great ideas! Good Luck! If you want a thin crust you have to roll it out really thin first but I like thick and chewy

Get some frozen bread dough. Let it thaw and rise according to the package directions. Flatten it out on a cookie sheet and bake for about 10 minutes. Pull it out, top with spaghetti or pizza sauce, cheese and whatever other toppings you like. Put back in oven and bake until cheese is bubbly and starting to brown.

Breakfast Pizza...
Just buy those already made pizza crusts (I buy the individual size) that come in a three pack. I buy Pioneer white country gravy mix and make it. Spread it on the pizza crusts. Scramble some eggs and sprinkle them on top. Then use whatever meat you like...ham, sausage, or bacon (cooked) and sprinkle it on top. Sprinkle Kraft shredded cheese (I like the 5 cheese blend) on top and put it in a 350* oven until the cheese is melted. My family loves them and we eat them for supper sometimes. If you want to go for the omelet taste, then add your tomatoes, onions, peppers or whatever you like before you add the cheese.

Easiest way to make a wonderful pizza is get the crust premade, which is usually found near the spaghetti sauce in the grocery store. Most of the time it comes with sauce included, but I usually end up buying a smaller little can to add more where needed. After that the fun begins. Just pick whatever toppings you want on your pizza. Mushrooms, peppers, real fresh mozzarella, etc. I love getting canned pineapple that is in chunks, deli style ham and cinnamon for mine. It's so delicious! Another one to try is a pizza margarita, which is a popular pizza in Italy, and very simple to make.
Fresh Tomato Pizza Recipe (Margarita Pizza)
Fresh Tomato Pizza, also known as Margarita Pie or Margarita Pizza, is a deliciously light alternative to the heavier, greasier (though still delicious) regular pizza we all know and love. It’s fast and easy to make because sliced fresh tomatoes are used in place of the sauce.
Ingredients:
* One uncooked traditional Pizza dough (Fresh, Frozen or pre-made)
* 2 to 3 medium sized red tomatoes, thinly sliced (as thin as you can get them)
* 1 ½ cups Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, thinly sliced
* 3 or 4 leaves Fresh Basil (chopped)
* 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
* Salt, Pepper, and Garlic powder, to taste
Easy Directions:
* Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit
* Prepare pizza dough as per directions.
* Place pizza dough on pizza stone. (Or pan)
* Place tomato slices in a single layer on top of pizza dough.
* Place the sliced mozzarella cheese on top of the tomato slices, also in a single layer.
* Sprinkle the chopped basil over the top.
* Drizzle Olive oil evenly over the entire pizza.
* Season with salt, pepper and a dash of garlic powder.
* Place pizza in oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until crust is golden.
Makes 8 slices

My favorite is a beer dough pizza:
3 cups of flour
1TB baking powder
1 cake of yeast
1/4 cup of sugar
1-12 oz. bottle of beer (warmed to about 100*)
---------------
Mix all dry ingrediants, add beer and knead to smooth. Let rise until doubled in size in a well-oiled bowl. turn out and knead again. Let rise. Roll dough out onto pizza pan that has been sprinkled with 1-2 TB Itallian style bread crumbs. Add toppings, sprinkle crust with more bread crumbs. Bake at 400* until golden brown.

The alcohol bakes out, and you're left with a deliciously chewy, slightly sweet, yeasty pizza dough!! Nothing will beat it!
