Please don't get a tattoo yet, it's not likely that you will get it done at a shop because you are too young so you are going to go to a tattoo party or have a friend do it and some of them reuse needles, you could get different diseases from dirty needles, I was 13 when I got hepatitis c from a piercing party I was in the hospital for weeks and I will probably need a new liver by the time I am 40, it's not worth it trust me. Wait until you are 18 and can go to a shop.

well if your only 15 how you going to get a tattoo? You need to be 18 and up, or have mom say its ok . If I where you I will wait until your 18. A tattoo is forever and don't be foolish enough to get one at this young of a age. Things you find important now you won't find important 4 years from now. Just wait when the time is right and put the tattoo where you would like it with out fear of being caught.

Im 22 and found that since I was around your age I wanted a tattoo, but never really thought about getting one till now, Im sure you've heard it before but a tattoo is a major commitment and I believe should be thought of for at least a year, my reasoning is if you want it now, you'll want it in a year. BUT Im going to get an ultra violet activated tattoo. This type of tattoo doesn't show up in regular sunlight, and is only seen under a bluelight/blacklight. I'm getting this type of tattoo because tattoo's are unprofessional and sometimes can make it hard for you to get a job. So if you want the ultimate secret tattoo, get an ultra violet tattoo, they are really original and are very striking, especially at a club. Im getting a tattoo of a small ying-yang on my mid upper back. But if you have to have this tattoo, and you have long hair and never put it up in a pony tail, maybe right at your hairline behind your head, and then there is the obvious below the middrift section.

Wait until you're 18....
Everyone else has to wait, you probably should, too.
Plus, I had a list of things that I wanted when I was 15-16. And now that I'm 18, I still want a few of those things, but not everything...
Even though you probably think you're invincible, tattoos can go wrong. If you do by luck find a tattoo artist to tattoo you at such a young age, chances are they won't do it properly. Anyone willing to tarnish their name by tattooing a minor is way too shady for me to go to.

Unfortunately, you're not old enough to get one without parental consent; so unless you're going to a place that won't ask, you're more likely going to contract a disease rather than walking out with your rebel badge.
You really should think twice about getting a tattoo since you are ONLY 15; your body is still developing and growing-- wherever you get it, it won't be in the same spot in about 5 years.

Well I was at ur place once and I got mine below my bikini line so even if i wore a bikini u couldn't really see it. I'm a mom now and I'm so not wanting my son to lie to me but I will say that I know what it's like to be a kid. We were all young once. Alls I can say is be careful and get something that means something. Don't do it just to be cool. You would probably regret it later and think it looks stupid or something of that sort.

i don't think you should do it. why? because obviously you won't be getting the tattoo at a reputable tattoo shop otherwise they wouldn't be tattooing you. getting tattoos CAN be a very dangerous thing when it is not taken seriously and the proper precautions aren't taken. just wait until you are old enough to protect your health.
but if you insist on getting one... then get one wherever your clothes cover your body the most. i'm assuming you don't walk around your house butt naked.

Don't do it, tattoos last a lifetime, your opinions about what is nice and cool will change every 3 years.

I had one put on my hip. That is still no guarantee that she won't find out. You are only 15, and maybe you should give this more consideration before you mar your body for life.

ok, just so you know, most clean tatoo parlors wont give tatoos to minors unless they have parental consent. stick to temps, and be patient until you are a little more mature. see if you still want a tattoo then.
