Every time I go to Canada..I look forward to having a family meal of meat and potatoes, and the main dish is Ragu..Beef, Pork, or any number of Meats can be combined, and it's Great! My wife has the recipe in her head, and can't be bothered putting it on paper (typical!)
But I found you one and there are more on the above website. (Yes you are French and BTW..You're a knock out! Wish I was young guy again!) Enjoy! Stay Happy! Stay Young!

There really isn't any typical foods in Canada! But alot eat stuff like English style fish and chips, Peameal bacon (fried or roasted) and fries and brown gravy!!!Yummy!
