Here's the kicker, he would have known all of that before creating Lucifer, before creating humans, before creating Hell. He's a sick sick being.

Well even if God wanted to. Then God would have no reason to do otherwise. What God means, is : You have a choice to believe in God or not. God is not going ot force you.
But what makes you so sure you are going ot heaven? The choice is simple. do right by God. And God will do right by you. But if you don't then there, would be no need for him to help you,get thru life.
As for you future, maybe, you might not like what you see. And if you knew. then you would do your best to make it so. And by doing it, you might mess it up along the way, and it won't turn out for the way you want it.. Then you will blame God, because its not what you believed it to be, Becuase you will think God let you down, when in return it was you who let God down.

Great question! Congratulations! You can think!
Me? Same question, same quest!
But while looking for the answer, I couldnt find the answer but could find something else that I want to share.
As you know we are humans! And we can think and understand and learn. So, there was a time when could not speak and slowly we learned to speak. There was a time we could not walk, we learned to walk.
There is a point in this. We have limits! At some stages of our lives, we cant do somethings. And do you know why? Only in our benefit! We cant bear the responsibilities (at that stage) certain abilities brings with them. So, God don't disclose these abilities for us until its time we are mature enough.
The same is here, there is some answer to this question that isnt disclosed yet.
A wise man when asked about "The Choice" answered the asker as:
"Raise one of your leg"
He did. The wise man said,
"Now raise the other one too"
He said, "I cant!"
The wise man answered, "This is your limit"

God hasn't started judging yet, and there is no Hell. He already told us what happens after we die. Ashes to ashes, dust to dust. True, he knows your heart and your desires, but you are forgiven through Jesus's sacrifice. (incidentally to say there is a hell is to show disrespect to Jesus's sacrifice and make it completely useless. The highest price for sin is death. You don't keep on paying. When the bible refers to fiery pits and stuff like that it is symbolic--the whole of Revelations is.) You make your own future, you decide. God is ready to take you under his wing as long as you live by his commandments.

Preknowledge of your choice does not change the fact you have a choice.
You are comparing apples to oranges...omniscience (and other absolutes) are on the level of nonduality. Choices are on the level of duality.
You can't make arguments of equivalency when you are comparing things of different dimensions.

God gave people free will because love can not exist without the freedom to do so. He wants a personal relationship with each and every one of us. That is why He sent His Son to die for us, so that all who believe in Him will have eternal life. When we choose not to believe in Him, it breaks His heart.

you dont do the things he knows, he knows the thinks you do. for example some spiritual people may know tomorrow and they are just human, so god has capability to know everything all throug the time what you are going to do? so you are not living a written script, he just know you very well.

The fact that He knows what is going to happen doesn't mean that He decides what is going to happen. It's your choice to make, He just already knows what you are going to choose.

He also knows the largest thing imaginable...The number of stars in the universe.
(Psalm 147:4) He is counting the number of the stars; All of them he calls by [their] names.
