yes miami ink is a real store, Ive seen it, it's SO SMALL and no there are no walk-ins. My friend got a tattoo, wanting to get it there but just couldn't wait so he went to a tattoo place right by there, the quality of the tattoo was excellent, everythings expensive in miami so dont be surprised if a very small tattoo racks up to $100. You have to apply to get a tattoo. Or maybe it's just to be on the show because my cousin just applied and got accepted!
