Guys why are you soo confusing? I've known this guy since summer. We've hung out a few times in group settings, but never really got a chance to talk one on one. So over the weekend my friend has some people over and he was their. He started flirting big time. But the next day I asked him what all the flirting was about (I was trying to get him to admit that he liked me). But he blames it on the alcohol. The next day he admits it wasn't the alcohol. Why didn't he tell me that when I first asked him.

hehe, the game of dating is so fun! ok, when you asked the first time, he was probably caught off guard and said the most plausible excuse. later on, he thought about it and started hitting his head saying "stupid stupid stupid!" so then he comes back to admit to you he was sober and really likes you :)

Ok first off if a guy has to drink to loosen up he may have a problem. Just move on, guys and girls are sometimes huge mysteries, and its sometimes impossible to figure them out. You shouldn't waste your time decoding this guys actions.
