Thin as in the boneless skillet/breakfast type pork chops? Place them in a slow cooker with a bottle of barbecue sauce on low heat for 3 hours or high heat for 1 1/2 hours. Simple and very good!

HONEY GRILLED PORK CHOPS
8-10 extra thin sliced pork chops
2 cups honey (use more if needed)
soy sauce
These chops may be grilled or baked in the oven. Grilling on the BBQ is the best.
Pour honey in a bowl. Add soy sauce until sauce is a syrupy consistancy. Place chops in a bowl or cake pan and cover with sauce. (Place balance of sauce in a sauce pan.)
Let the chops marinate for as long as you wish. They can marinate all day for a stronger flavor or they can be dipped and grilled. Either way works.
Turn the sauce in the pan on low heat.
Place chops on grill, brushing left over marinade onto chops as needed.
Cook until cooked all the way thru. Chops may be baked in oven.
When chops are finished, pour sauce from the pan into a pouring dish (sauce will be thin) and as chops are served the sauce can be added as each person desires

I brown them in a pan and put them in a baking dish. Combine equal parts of ketchup, BBQ sauce and water and pour over the pork chops. I also add some onion, green pepper and celery. Cook on low heat about 300 for 2 hours. Everyone has said that they really like this.

My favorite way of making thin pork chops are by marinating them with one can or bottle of beer, 1 cup of ketchup and two tablespoons of brown sugar. Marinate for an hour or so. Preheat oven to 350 and cook for one hour. Flip porkchops over half way through. Great over white rice and vegies. I know I know, beerchops? However, they come out so juicy and tender, it'll be a hit at your house just like it is at mine.

Dip your pork chops in beaten egg, then dredge in Italian Seasoned (or plain, if you prefer) dry breadcrumbs. Fry over medium heat in a few tablespoons bacon grease (or oil) until brown on one side. Flip and cook until cooked through. Time depends on how thick they are. You said yours are thin, so I imagine it won't take a long time. :)

My favorite way to do pork chops is just to sprinkle them with the seasoning blend "Spike" and pan fry them. Simple and yummy! I like them with brown rice and what ever veggies you have on hand!
