To start with NO ONE is perfect. My wife and her friends say I'm the perfect husband, because I cook,clean,laundry,grocery shop and maintain full time employment. BUT i have flaws too
There are some basics that have to be in place regardless whether he's so hot or not!!!
He must never ever put his hands on you. He must treat you with respect at ALL times
He must be faithfull to a fault
He must maintain employment
He must be right with himself, have his head on straight
He must truly love you
He may never under any circumstances cheat on you, and booted if he does

All the things listed above are the same things you need to be also, before you worry about the perfect man, they are universal things both should adhere too.
