I remember reading back when I was a student that if you did all your cramming for a test while hopped up on caffeine, you should also drink some caffeine before taking the test so you can remember better, something like "drug-induced/assisted memory". Don't know if it is true.

Absolutely - caffeine is a stimulant and as such increases blood flow to the brain. If you are trying to quit caffeinated drinks and having memory stalls try Ginko Biloba it is great for the similar reaction without the addictive side effect. I had to quit coffee 3x (each time I was pregnant) and my nurse midwife taught me this trick - it is safe and effective. Good Luck!

relies upon how undesirable this is, in spite of the reality which you will locate as you improve up it would not seem to paintings besides as once you have been a toddler. i think a number of this is purely we've greater to think of roughly, to that end we don't have time to undergo in techniques each and every little thing. except you're rather having problems remembering stuff 5 minutes in the past each and every of the time then i does not situation too lots. i've got have been given to 32 and have noticeably undesirable short term memory and a lot of bangs on the top over the years....yet I nevertheless stay to tell the story. :) Oh and a lot of people swear that alcohol helps. ok, so it certainly kills techniques cells, yet you purely do not observe as lots. stay existence, do not rigidity and you'd be positive. purely placed all of it the way down to becoming up and hormones.
