i work with a familly with 2 children, and 3 yrs ago the parents move in with them with a cat, with a problem.

i worked with this beautiful and loving family with 2 kids, been with them for 9 years now, 3 yrs ago the parents of my employer decided to live with them without giving them specific explanation that they will live with them, even my employer did not inform me that this will happen, as a caregiver, i just help what ever i can, and they also have a sick cat, which is making us really concern, he does disgusting thing around the house, and i the one who most of the time cleaning them up, my employer had 3 other normal cat which is fine and i myself i own a little yorkee-poo, that sometimes i bring with me because the kids like him too, i love these animals but, having this sick cat is really depressing for me, and with the grandparents around i cannot do the things that i normally do with my job, i love to talk to them but having them here everyday is kind a tiring especially when you can't make noises, watch tv, and other things that you normally do. how can i deal with this matter?

Depends on the level of the relationship you have with the "loving family". Maybe the kids share your same views and you can use that help in finding some sort of comprimise. A full sit down might be in order. Or you can do it more softly but a personal conversation with the two big dogs. Could be that your stuck with this new development.
