Cats can get sneezes and runny noses just like people do. It may be related to what you have, or may just be a dust allergy or something else.
Although she may seem fine, her immune system was stressed because of her surgery which is probably why she is the only cat that is ill.
I would check with your vet but wouldn't get too worried unless it continues for more then a few days. A good feline vitamin or feline vitamin with immune boosters is always a good thing for a cat recovering from illness or surgery. Check with your vet to see if they carry one, or you can get them at health food stores, pet shops or online at http://www.onlynaturalpet.com You can find a great database there also.
I have had great success using simple vitamins and suppliments with my cats. Here is a link to a great book on cat nutrition. http://www.belfield.com/books.html#cat You may be able to find it at your library. It's a book I think all cat lovers should have.

Cats can get colds from people. Sometimes a cat will have asthma or allergies. Sometimes they sneeze if they come in contact with dust. If he isn't carrying a fever, you can always give him half of a baby aspirin. If that doesn't work you should consider taking him back to the Vet for a check up.

Cats can get upper respiratory infections and allergies like humans. You need to call your vet and tell them the symptoms your cats is having. They suggest trying benadryl first and if symptoms don't improve then they will have you bring the cat in to get a prescription for antibiotics. They are very inexpensive. Good luck to you and your kitty.

Yes, cats get their own versions of a cold. My 'redhead' kitty is prone to sneezing....and originally the vet would give him meds which had to refrigerated....later, he suggested waiting the cold out so to speak...I do that now and it soons goes away on its own..however, it's best to have kitty checked out this first time.
Cats can also react to cigarette smoke....I now have an ionic breeze air purifier for myself AND my kitty

Cats can contract viruses - and I have had cats have upper respiratory infections. Cats can also get pneumonia. Sometimes, sneezing can be a symptom of a heart condition! Call your vet and talk it over.

It could be an upper respitory infection. Alot of cats get those because of the stress of an operation or introduction to a new home.
