drink plenty of water,quit smoking if you smoke.and if you spend alot of time in the sun make sure you wear sun screen.

Well, you cant help it if zits start appearing on your face when you're going through puberty. But you can clean your face about 2-3 times a day. If your skin is already suffering acne and serious blemishes, i suggest you to go for a treatment. my cousin did that and she now has flawless skin.

Eat healthy foods, lose excess wieght, use skin clearing products, have regualr baths or showers, don't smoke or drink alchocol and get plenty of sleep.
