There is some evidence that dietary calcium helps the fat burning process along, hence the marketing barrage by yogurt and dairy companies. The effect isn't all that large. As for veggies, broccoli has a decent calcium content.
Sorry there are no magic bullets
Watch total calories, eat most of your calories earlier in the day when you have a chance to burn them before they turn to fat. Avoid the high glycemic foods and fat. Exercise more.

I don't know of a vegetable that does but I know of a vitamin that reduces water retention and that is B6.....take 50mg a day. Good luck!
