For me it was a button when I was very small. And there was this time when I snorted black pepper on a dare and I sneezed for 1/2 hour...not pretty. What about you ?

An acorn top. I was about 4 and I had a cold and my nose kept running. I figured I had to stop it somehow! A couple of hours later my nose was running brown and my mother took me to the Doctors to have it removed.
