The only way to do it is to get up earlier and be consistent.
I have not woken to an alarm clock in years.
I wake up about 5-10 minutes before it goes off everyday.

I used to have the same problem, I would set my alarm early, but would hit the snooze button so many times that I would end up getting out of bed really late. So I set my alarm earlier (about an hour earlier because I love to lay in bed), allowing myself time to wake up slowly, and still get up at a decent time. It has taken me a few weeks, but now I am waking early on my own, without the use of an alarm. Be patient and not too hard on yourself, eventually, you will be waking on time, just keep with it. Hope this helps.

Have you tried rewarding yourself? Also, put your alarm clock across the room and try , if possible, to get one with a louder alarm. Next, try to find out if you are getting a complete nights rest. Do you dream? We need REM sleep to be totally rested and wake up refreshed. Finally, Before you go to sleep, picture the time you wish to wake up in your mind and repeat it again and again....this works for me, I don't even use alarms anymore. I wake up anytime I plan. The only time this doesnt work is when I dont get to sleep enough at night because your body will stay shut down if it is lacking in rest.

Start a routine of getting to bed at a certain time each night, spend an hour or so in a calming atmosphere before bed. Make yourself wake up, not matter how hard it is to do. It has worked for me. My body naturally wakes up each morning, even on weekends around the same time. I of course, don't trust it and still use and alarm clock just in case.

do you wake up as slow if you have a job intervieuw or a tense meeting? imagine that the moment your alarm clock rings... did wonders for me in waking up... just creating that little bit of adrenaline in the blood... wakes you up. And by the moment you realise it is not true and just an excersise, you are already awake.
It took me about a week to learn. works with fun things too, like getting a new car today... or getting whatever you like... but you have to be able to pretend it's real for a few seconds... practise.
