Abcesses can develop into more problems. You should get to the doctor and get it taken care of. A lot of clinics/hospitals will set up a payment plan with you, sometimes at just a few bucks a month. GO TO THE DOCTOR!!! You don't want the infection to spread to the rest of your body, and it isn't going to go away on its own!

There are usually free clinics in most areas, and the best thing to do is to get antibiotics to kill the infection. If it is a visible abcess that looks like a bubble, then sometimes you can get it out yourself, although I dont recommend this if you have never done it before. I have, and if you can poke a tiny hole and press gently around the abcess, the infection will come out but be careful not to swallow it. This is only a temporary relief, so you really should get to some sort of doctor to get rid of the problem that is causing the abcess infection...

Is there a health dept in your city or town? If you have an abscess
there is infection. If you let it go you could become deathly sick.
Borrow the money if you have to. If you go to a clinic, or emergency room I think they will treat you.

Apply a charcoal poultice to the affected area. Let it stay overnight or as long as you can. The charcoal will pull out the toxins in your face. Repeat this process as often as possible.
If you cannot purchase charcoal, just use the ashes from a firepit.

Call your city or regional health department. They should find a charity doctor or dentist to treat the abcess, and help you recover.

Call your Local health department. They are there for people with Low income or NO income. Hopefully they can help you. You need to get that infection out of that tooth (Antibiotics) and find out whats causing it to be abscessed.
