i read conversations of my wife talking to other men. i forgave her but i still cant get over it. its been 3 months now.

What are these conversations about? I hope you've told her how you feel. You are the only one who can decide if you can get over this. Marriage is based on trust. If you don't have it, it will never last.

Depends on what the conversations are about. You can tell he how upset you are with online flirting....you can suggest seeing a counsellor to see what is lacking in her eyes in the relationship.
with trust....you either have it or don't....there is no diet trust :)
Forgiving is hard but doable....forgetting is much harder. you do have a right to have your feelings addressed by you partner.
