Your Virginity is your virginity and no one can take that decision away from you. They made their choice a long time ago and like some people, they probably regret doing it with the person they chose! Be proud that you are waiting, because this will only make it more special to you and the person you end up with. People are too easy about sex these days and although I did not regret losing my virginity at the time, I do sometimes wonder what if I had waited. Good on you girl, the wait will be worth it, I am sure. x

It is your body not there's, you can wait for as long as you want, do not let other people pressure you into anything, trust me you will regret it afterwards. Wait until you are in a loving relationship like you suggested and it will be so much better, if your friends keep on about it, point out your not a sleep around slag (this should shut them up) and it is your virginity and you can lose it to whomever and whenever you like.

Nice to see a Young lady with morals in this day and age.

I've read that there are many people who are 20 and are still a virgin, some say they want to wait until marriage, so I suppose it must be fairly normal. I'm a 16 year old boy and I haven't even kissed once!

Wait until you are ready. That is the one thing you can never get back and once you give it up thats it. Be proud you still have your virginity. The man who ends up with you will be very proud of the fact that no one except him knows what it's like to be with you in bed.

Good for you! Be proud of yourself for having the self respect to wait until you are ready and it feels right. By waiting, you have nothing to look back on and regret. Don't let peer pressure make you feel weird or anything. You are a smart person who has respect for herself and her body. Wait until it is right for you!

Sweetie, you are right, it`s better to wait until you feel ready and not forced into anything, after all you can`t take that first time back!!! Your friends are probably jealous they didn`t wait.

Good luck with it all and have fun choosing that special man! Go girl!

You are doing the right thing!
Don't let anybody tell you differently.
Waiting until you are ready is wonderful. Waiting until you are married, is even better!

Don't give in, you'll be greatly rewarded or waiting! ♥
