Is he dreaming about everything? Because in the epilogue, it states that 'Langdon awoke with a start. He had been dreaming'. Is the Da Vinci code just a dream in the book? I know all the information is accurate, though.

While the that novel is labeled as non fiction, there are many books that contain the same information. In fact what Dan Brown wrote about was already written before. His information is nothing new. What Dan Brown did with the those facts was turn into a story. People believe that he came up the those ideas out of his head, but he didn't. Anyways, I don't think that he was dreaming of the events though. If he were then his dreams would rival Alice's dreams in Wonderland.

In the D code, everyone who was involved was dreaming of getting rich writing it and getting it out there to the public. Guess what they did get rich.
