Third eye is an invisible eye. It can only be seen by people with the third eye too. I am only asking on whether or not it is bad to have it opened thats all

It is not a sin, it is just an energy center in your body. But it is not a good idea of have another open your third eye...potentially dangerous.
The third eye opening is something that happens naturally (of its own accord)...don't worry about it. It is best not to force it.

Well I tend to open my third eye several times a week... and your third eye can not be seen by someone else who has a third eye. everyone has it, some just never connect with..

DO NOT DO THAT. I think what she/he's talking about is a form of the occult. I've studied a bit about spiritual warfare and dealings with it, and that sounds like what they call "opening" yourself to "see" the spirit realm. It's part of the occult and is a gateway into demonic bondage. You think you are seeing reality, but really you are seeing whatever demonic spirits want to show you, like a movie.
When you dabble in occult things (seek powers and abilities that don't come from God), you open yourself up to demonic spirits. You'll end up needing to be delivered.
If you want to be sure that what I'm saying is true, please spend some time in prayer before you talk to your friend next. Ask God DIRECTLY if this is something he wants for you.
If "the third eye" is what I think it is, it's very dangerous and will open your life and body to demonic spirits. It's like a child opening the back door of the house to a stranger.....

From a Christian point of view - yes. It is going into the occultic world and into witchcraft which is strictly prohibited by the OT and the NT. They believe that you are trying to seek knowledge outside of God. To see the future - which only God is to know.
To seek answers in witchcraft, to Christians, means that you do not trust God. That you are putting your faith in someting else.

It would be considered a sin by your religion....no doubt. Dabbling in "new agey" and occult practices is frowned upon by most xtian denominations.
As a practicing pagan, I do not like to see xtians trying to mix their dogma with our ways either.

Sounds like divination or something to me. Don't do it. You might send you friend to anatomy class again though, to make sure she knows you've only got two!
