If you talk to a doctor they will give u advice without judging you. Slowly cut back on the amount of weed you smoke until you're not smoking any at all. Also try to move away from things that allow you to have the weed like move cities so you can't go back to the dealer and buy more.

Im in the same boat as you, so I don't know if i could give any advice, but friends of mine have gotten away by rehab, just because pot becomes in your rutine, get up go to school/work smoke a blunt and then eat and sleep. wake up .. and it goes on. all your friends smoke to so its not liek you can get away. i would say try and find other options like the movies or the batting cages. I dont know, just carry no money around so you cant pick up. Well i hope one day your above the influence, i know how you feel liek back in the day to smoke was fun and you would get so high but after awhile you just do it to much and get less and less high as you do it.

Withdrawal has a wide range of characteristics. It can be subtle and work on you at the subconscious level. Or it can be as obvious as a big, slobbering dog and just hammer you physically. Either way, it makes itself evident in many unpleasant ways.
"Healing is not necessarily subtle, but it is gradual, and takes time to accumulate. It works as a function of time and metabolism. Your body will not repair all the damage you have done to it, but it will do its work as best it can. You have to pay more attention to the healing because it is not as vigorous as the withdrawal.
"It does not take long, once you quit smoking, for both aspects to manifest themselves."
Don't give up!

Try nicorete patches. Asides from encouragement from friends and family, its preety much up to you. Help yourself. If you're confident and have a real will to do it, you can. Ive seen people succeed through sheer determination and strong will power. Or start with smoking less day by day instead of total detox. Good luck man!

Please what ever you have to do, do it! You won't know until
you lose your good health how awful it is to be sick the rest of
your life. Are there things you want to do , to accomplish. Do
you enjoy life? Well giving up that which is detrimental to your
health is worth it to have a good , happy & full life. I lost my dear
brother to lung cancer a few years ago. He didn't really think that smoking would harm him.
When you think of smoking think about that cigarette as a nasty
sickening piece of crap. Think of it as a headace, as sick to your
stomach. I will be thinking of you and willing you to stop smoking now!

If You really want to stop then You will.
If you find nicotine withdrawal hard then try replacement therapy, for example gum.
If You don't really want to stop then it is almost impossible.

don't set yourself up for failure by hanging out with people who are doing it. don't go where you know you'll be tempted. find friends with other interests that don't include sitting around killing braincells. :)
