There has to be some sort of adequate pressure to that point to cause a bruise. Many times we are busy in our life and do not even realize we have bumped something to cause a bruise to appear, so it seems to us nothing happened to cause that bruise but in fact we did.

Bruising happens all the time, its usually because blood vessels rupture due to activities and over exertion. Just be careful, because if your blood is too thin due to any drug there is a possibility one could suffer severe consequences, such as internal bleeding.

Sometimes when the nurse or doctor gave you the shot wrong..like a vaccine they put into you wrong.
