They are a legitimit broker but use with caution. If you call them they will take a few details (not credit check you), they will then tell you that you have been accepted as a client of Yes Loans and that you'll recieve paperwork within a few days then you need to sign this and send it back with £49.50. They will then go to a panel of lenders and should they not accept you you can say goodbye to your £49.50. So technically it is not a scam they just mislead you with what they say (i applied but didn't send the money in i just read the small print on the info they sent me).
My only advice to you is be prepared to loose your money should you not get accepted.
Have you tried Welcome Finance? They offered me a loan and there were no charges although APR is sky high (but thats what you expect with bad credit) - they have also been really helpful and friendly.

i did try to get a loan from them just before xmas.i have really bad credit so this was my only option.they promished that if i sent the fee money of £49.50.then i was guareteed a loan.only to find out that it was declined!!! i have got my money back like they say that they do!i was deverstated as you can amagine.x

For gods sake dont touch them! They used to have a subsidiary called yes car credit.
after it was exposed on the tv as a rubbish company it had to cease trading.
This is a company that will charge a lot for credit!!!
