May I ask why you are here asking and not at the vet? Poor pup, call your vet and bring her in for a check up please.

The dog needs to go back to the vet NOW. It may have an infection, a reaction to the anesthesia,or dehydration. My cat went into hiding after she was fixed and when I found her crying in the back of the closet I took her straight to the vet. She had an infection and needed IV anibiotics and fluids. Don'tmess around with this, it could be something that could be life threatening Good Luck, I know you love you dog.

Spontaenous, uncontrolled head shaking can be a sign of an allergic reaction or a neurological disorder (which may or may not be related to the surgery / anesthesia).

As the others suggested, keep your dog quiet and warm, and call your vet as soon as you can.

Call your vet just to be safe. Some pets do this after anesthetic, because they feel "foggy" and are trying to shake it off (thats what my vet told me when my dog did the same thing after he got neutered).
To be safe, call the vet ASAP!

Call the vet. It could be a reaction to the anasthesia. It could also be that she is finally reacting to the surgery and the shock of it all. Keep her warm, keep her food and water near by.

call the vet, tell him that your dog is shaking and take your pup in as soon as you can. until them keep your dog warm and comfort him/her with petting and soothing talk.
