How should I get back at a Cat Killer? My neighbors are killing the neigborhood cats. I really hate animal killers. I wish they would just move away but they are old and stubburn asses who are rich. We already parked my husbands ugly truck in the front of their house and we give them dirty looks every chance we get but they still dont move. I Just wish I could get some proof that they really are the cat killers in the neighborhood. Any suggestions?

Mail them an anonymous letter of warning about cruelty to animals. I am sure your state has well-stated laws regarding the matter. Documented cases will help too. Get a copy of the statute from the police dept or other appropriate agency. Insert that in your anonymous letter which should also hint that they (your neighbors) are under suspicion and are being monitored, watched, video-taped and reported to the police. That shoud make their hair rise!

I also had a neighbor lady that was killing cats in the neighborhood.she's moved about a month ago. There is a feral cat still running around with strangulation marks on it's neck and all the neighbors KNOW that she did it. We feed it and he looks to be getting a bit better. I truly hate her for what she's done to this cat and all of the others that didn't make it. Maybe get a petition going stating that these people have been killing animals in the 'hood and get all of your nieghbors to sign it, then take it down to the police or the ASPCA. Good luck these old a holes need to be punished.

There are laws on such crime and depends from where youre at.Proof such as a witness or camera shots will help a great deal or if still in prfevail, try finding out why they are doing so? I dont think its done for the fun of it..if you feel that the cats are in great soon danger, call the authorities to shelter them away and also advice the so call offrenders...either way there are laws on earth and also in the afterlife..after all an animal has every right as we to live on this planet. They dont take much space and never ask for anything but kindness..something us humans take for granted.
I wish you all the strength in resolving the matter.
