Personal experiences with the Ouija board?

What were your experiences? Was it good or bad? I'm Christian, I believe in God and Jesus, but I also meditate and believe in reincarnation and enlightenment.. sort of like Buddhism. But I don't really believe in a hell, just a mental one, you know? Anyway, what I believe is that there's another plane of realm.. like a spirit realm. But what I don't get is all the "evil" things like the Ouija board. What was your experience? I understand there are good and evil things in everything...

It sounds like you will believe just about anything.

I played with a Ouija board at a friend's house once. He and his girlfriend were fighting and he kept jerking the marker around to spell out his girlfriend's name and that she was fat.

No big mystery there.

Ouija boards, like all mysticism, is for gullible simpletons.

A friend of mine & I played with one several years ago; I was half-asleep and don't remember much, as far as I know, nothing in my life happened that had anything to do with it,
BUT, she was fully awake and many of the 'predictions' it made (based on her questions) came true. She was obsessed with it for a while-that's been several years ago-she still believes it was accurate but is starting to think that it might have been her sub-conscious that was dictating the answers
I saw a show around Halloween about 'witches' and there was a section that talked about some girl using one and it told her she would die and the next day, she was hit by a car during her morning jog-the show seemed to imply it was evil and caused her death but it seemed to me it was letting her know-making a prediction
I guess it could be seen as evil if someone doesn't like the answers they get; mostly, when people don't understand something, it produces fear and then that is interpreted as evil

There's nothing good about the Ouija board. When I was a teenager I played with a bunch of Friends. It was misterious for us and just for the fun of it. From the time on I have been experiencing nightmares and death people would come to haunt me in the night time. I would feel their presence almost everyday. They where really evil spirits. If you play the Ouija your opening the door to the spirit world. Good spirits and evil spirits will come to bother your soul but the evil spirits will haunt you until your unable to get a goodnight sleep and go crazy. I was possesed and was liberated by God and everyday prayer. I repented from my sins, also for playing the Ouija. Now I'm a Chirstian believer.

This was years ago but...my friend and I were hanging out in my apt one night and using the Ouija Board. A little boy named Jacob started "talking" to us. He was very angry and kept asking for his mother. We got really creeped out and packed up the board. A week or so after that same friend and I had been out and went back to my apt. My roomate was there with a few of her friends and they were playing with the Ouija board and talking to a boy named Jacob - same thing he was mad and kept asking for his mother. Now I had not told my roomate about my experience with Jacob but we did then. We all got so scared and creeped out that we literally packed up the board and put it in the dumpster. I have goosebumps just retelling this story... it was really very very scary! I have not touched a Ouija board since and never will again!

I had an experience playing with the Oujia board. I was playing with my one of my friends and we didn't each other to cheat. So we would come up with a question, which was about something that the other person wouldn't know. Information that we never told each other. Also, we would write the answer on a piece of paper. What happened was that we were always right! I would come up the answer and so would she. It was very creepy, because something was helping us get the answers.

Also, another friend of mine was playing with her friends. They asked was the devil here and all of a sudden all of them couldn't move. Then one of them started praying and the presence went away.

I haven't personally touched a Ouija board but my cousins have and they said a lot of bizarre crap started to happen. Spirits messed with them. After that my cousin said she started to have weird dreams and started to get unidentified scratches on her body. I don't know what to think about it. Maybe it's a gateway to the spirit realm. Maybe it's just plain hysteria.

The only time I used one, back in the 70's, my sister asked if god is a man or a women. The ouilja board spelled out god is god.
I always thought that was pretty cool, but nothing to obsess over.

The Ouija board is nothing more than a piece of cardboard and a piece of plastic with a hole in it.

Penn and Teller did an awesome job of explaining its "powers" by performing an experiment and turning the board upside-down while the participants were blindfolded.

Ouija boards are the instruments of the devil. You have the risk of opening the spiritual world of demons, and evil spirits. It's not to be messed with. Learn about it. And don't be curious.

Jesus in the new testament put great faith in the scripture of the old test and quoted from it often! In the old test it says many things against spiritualism including Horoscopes, witchcraft and mediums all very very bad. God even killed King Saul for going to a Medium.

engages in witchcraft, or casts spells, or who is a medium or
spiritualist or who consults the dead. Anyone who does these things is

2 kings 23: 24 Furthermore, Josiah got rid of the mediums and spiritists, the household
gods, the idols and all the other detestable things seen in Judah and Jerusalem. This he
did to fulfill the requirements of the law written in the book that Hilkiah the priest had
discovered in the temple of the LORD. "
Lev 19:31, "'Do not turn to mediums or seek out spiritists, for you will be defiled by them.
I am the LORD your God. 'I will set my face against the person who turns to mediums and
spiritists to prostitute himself by following them, and I will cut him off from his people.

Isaiah 8:19, "When men tell you to consult mediums and spiritists, who whisper and
mutter, should not a people inquire of their God? Why consult the dead on behalf of the
living?
1 chronicles 10:13,"13 So Saul died for his unfaithfulness which he had committed against
the LORD, because he did not keep the word of the LORD, and also because he consulted a
medium for guidance."

Regarding reincarnation it is not biblical. Bible says, "Man is appointed once to die and after death comes judgment" Jesus told the man on the cross, "Today you will be with me in paradise" Think about this, If we come back in another life to pay for past sins why did Jesus die on the cross?
There is a spirit realm but you are forbidden to dabble in it! You are playing with fire. Satan and his crew love the Ouija board!
