The most famous 'ROCK' in Ireland may well be the 'rock of Cashel' which is situated in Tipperery, in the town of Cashel.
It is a beautiful little town on a busy highway that goes to Cork in the south and Dublin in the East.
The rock is an area of hillside that a famous castle was built in the elevent century and still stands today.
Very much worth a visit.

The Rock of Cashel is the most famous rock in Ireland and it's situated in Tipperary overlooking Cashel town. It's an ancient church site and is clearly visible from the Dublin Cork road that passes right below it.

You must be talking about the Holy Stone of Clontaggart on Craggy Island. It's now been promoted to a class three Relic.
It is part of the Craggy Island Parish, which is administered by Father Ted Crilly, Father Dougal McGuire, and Father Jack Hackett.
