Yep. He may have told you after he went, but doesn't sound like he told you before giving you the chance to go along or explain why? Was he invited or just dropped in from habit?
I'd tell him we have plenty of food here and me. I feel it was wrong. How in the world did a neighbor become a sorta relationship anyways? It shows no respect towards you.
The only reason he probably told you was to cover his time or if anyone saw him. He should have waited to have dinner with YOU. I always say watch where a guy spends his time and money.

Yes, but thats also because in the majority of my relationships I have gotten cheated on which just happened to be my luck. But honestly you know how your boyfriend is and if he never gave you a reason to worry, and you have trust in him then take it for what it is and thats a workout session. if he has doen something to lower his trust with you whether it be cheating which is an extreme or lying, then i would not be worried but questionative of what exactly happened.

Well to start off with, what does "sort of relationship" mean? You've got to find that out first, and things like why they never got serious, etc. to know exactly whether or not you should be worried. There is only one guy that I've "just dated" that I can still be "just friends" with now. Its kind of hard to not cross a line you've crossed before. Hope this helps.

Something doesnt seem right to me. Its inapropriate for him to be spending time with other women while your not around especially women he has a track record with. You should let him know this and he should stop furhter behavior like this. How would he feel if you were "working out" with some guy?

You obviously are already worried, but it's up to you, do you really trust him that much?It does sound iffy, because what's he doing going to dinner and the gym w/her - are they really good, platonic friends? Wish I had some actual info for you, but you're the one that knows them.

I don't think you have anything to worry about. He was honest and upfront with you about it. If he had something to hide, he wouldn't have been honest with you. If you've never met her or don't know her very well, tell him that you would like to meet her since she's been such a good friend to him. I think all is well.

If you trust him and your not worried about it then why are you here? Sound's like you need to discuss it with him. Most people have something called a gut instinct sound's like you do also. talk to him.

I wouldnt be, because Im not the jealous type. Because the way I see it is that, if he wanted to be with her, then why is he wasting time with me?..Anyways..I dont think you should. You seem like a kind person..
