With lettuce or cheese in sandwiches.
By itself on really fresh bread.
On toast for breakfast.

Dissolve some in hot water and add to stews.
I always do that with the remnants in the bottom of the jar

Try contacting Kraft Foods on the net
I hope you get a lot of answers as I like Vegemite and that is about all I can think I use it for

I don't like Vegemite, but a thin scraping under the cheese (& optional sliced spring onion) for melted cheese on toast under the griller is rather nice.

A quarter teaspoon can be used instead of a soup stock cube, or added to a home made gravy with a roast.

Well Moon, I already put my complaint in to forum about your question. Think I'll get some more violations? It's good to see the improvements are working for us. If you have a question about a contact we both share, feel free to ask me. Okay? I think I can even help with ones that aren't mine. : ) I need to figure out where to get that vegemite so I can honestly answer some of your questions. Will check into that tomorrow. I think it can put a smile on your face since you ask a lot of questions about it. LOL Goodnight Moon.

My Grandfather also used to add it to his casseroles, as a seasoning when making sausages, rissoles, and hamburger patties, as a marinade on chicken or steak, he even once made a kangeroo tail stew and added vegemite as the seasoning.....(this was about 30 years ago mind you.....)
