You know everyone says "cheating" right off the top of their heads, but there are so many other reasons you would leave, i.e. abusive relationship (physical, emotional, mental), excessive jealousy or insecurities, no trust from the other person, constant accusations, lack of sex, etc.

It's easy to say, but when if it ever actually happened, I think people may react differently. Honestly, the only thing I can think of right now is if he started hitting me or one of my kids. That is an immediate cancellation of the divorce. Depending on the circumstances, I just don't know about cheating, lying, drugs, drinking. I would hope I would stick by him and help him as much as I could, but again, it's easy to say now, cause it has never happened.

Since I'm married, the only two things that would make me leave would be infedelity and abuse.
If my husband were to cheat on me or physically abuse me, then I would have to call it quits.

For me the answer varies with the relationship
Husband: cheating, physical/verbal abuse
Boyfriend: cheating , physical/verbal abuse, no emotional connection, disrespectful to me or my family, just don't want to be in that relationship any longer, alcohol/drug abuse

i would say if a person is abusive, controlling, or just damn right out of their mind. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect i would also add that nobody is perfect but respect is a two way street

if he cheated or told a big lie or hid something from me that was really bad that i know i could never trust him again. If i cant gain his trust back i know that it is over because that would make an unhealthy relationship.

Lying is the number one reason why I would leave my man. I hate dishonesty.
And of course, domestic violence. But knowing myself, if my man EVER hit me, I would be the one to go to jail....
