NO... SHE NEEDS TO WORK WITH JR.
THE COMPANY STILL CAN BE SAVED BUT THE 2 HAVE TO REACH SOME KIND OF DECISION !! THERE NEEDS TO BE A MIDDLE GROUND THERE SOME WHERE

I feel sorry for her on the aspect that she lost Dale. I know how it feels to lose a loved one, it hurts like hell.
But on the aspect of DEI.. She doesn't deserve the company, she isn't running it well and she's never even at races. It should be in the actual earnhardt name, meaning Dale, Kerry, and Kelly. Those 3 should be the owners of DEI, NOT Teresa.

Why feel sorry she is still making a ton of money off of husbands name. The company is DEI meaning Dale Earnhardt Inc. and was built for Junior not for her. If it wasn't for him there would be no company. His name alone makes millions.

She has not lost it and will not if she is smart and gives Jr what he want with it. If he leaves she will lose it in two years. What do you think Jr. lost maybe a dad also it was hard on him too he really stepped up and grew up very fast when that happened. Just as always Dale was the very best and will always be to many many people.

TERESA FORGOT THE MAIN THING ABOUT DEI RACING..... THAT IT IS DALE EARNHARDT RACING. NO DALE....... NO ONE NAMED EARNHARDT RACING...... ERGO NO DEI. SHE MAY BE ABLE TO HELP MANAGE A COMPANY BUT SHE SURE CAN'T DRIVE A RACE CAR.
FOR YEARS WE ROOTED FOR DALE,SR...AND NOW FOR JR. AT NO TIME DID ANY FAN STAND UP AND YELL,,,,,WAY TO GO TERESA.
TIME FOR TERESA TO MAKE IT ON HER OWN NAME NOT ON DALE, SRs OR DALE JRs COATTAILS.

Of course you have to sympathize with her for the loss of her husband. But, if she has in fact run the business into the ground.....it's her fault! If you couldn't hanle it then she should have found the proper personnel to take control of the company. It is obvious things aren't going well....Jr. doesn't even seem to want to be there!

She hasn't lost her company, its just coming to heads that everything be put in place the way Sr. intended for it to. He built that company for his wife and children to share. She just doesn't want to share.
She doesn't have alot to do with it anymore she is busy with other things but she doesn't want to loose control. Let the children do what their father intended on them doing..........
Shes being controlling and selfish.

She hasn't lost it yet. She got greedy and makes up her own rules that knowone wants to play anymore. She needs Jr.'s help but seems she knows all. Someone needs to tell her"YOUR FIRED"!!!!!
