The most irish people? I would say probably cork in ireland. Dublin seems to be the obvious answer but it is very multi-cultural. Seems like the other cities i mentioned would be less well known amongst people from outside ireland hoping to move here, therefore Dublin would be the obvious choice for them.

Actually the other cities like cork, limerick and galway have even more foreigners than dublin because dublin is very expensive they prefer living in the smaller cities

Chicago and Boston have more Irish than Dublin, look at their politics.

lol dublin thats a laugh, theres more foreigners in dublin, then dubs themselves. it depends as there are loads of irish people everywhere. london has a very % of people who are irish citizens born in london (me) and so does liverpool, but so does massachussets in america. but to be honest id say cork probaly.
