When I asked my brother for getting a girlfriend (he has a girlfriend), and here's is what I wrote in the email, I paraphrased it to condense it.

"Are there any pointers on to getting a girlfriend? I never had an intimate relationship nor have a big amount of female friends. Just because a female is your friend, that doesn't mean that she will become your girlfriend. I know that 1st appearance matter so I will stop biting my nails permanently."

He is in college while I am at home. I emailed that email since Feb 10, 2007 and he didn't reply. When he got home, I asked about him about it and he said he didn't replied to it since he didn't know what to say. The relationship between my brother and I is that I never talk to him (online or phone). Our communication is dead. and also, when I email about the vacation that my cousins and I went. my email was only to bring how much money we should bring and what should we do. They all thought my emails were wierd. How is my email wierd?

Could be simple: that your a good communicator but your family isn't. Another thing is that it isn't a good idea to go from little communication to best friend communication, especially were family bonds are invovled. Your also in the same boat as the rest of us. You don't know it yet but the fact is most of your closes relationships will come from outside your family. It isn't yours or their fault. Society in its great wisdom has descided to scalp an environment that doesn't put much power on family bonds.. their just there. Calling your emails wierd is a personal view point, doesn't mean everyone in world thinks that. Which is why I came to the conclusion I did. You can work better on those relationships when you've master your own relationship with yourself. Good luck their because I don't know of any good books nor anyone that can help you with that, its something I have to try everyday to do. Just remeber your not alone out there and everyone has a human heart. Which beats, feels, and scar just like yours we just deal with it in deferent ways that help make us the individuals we are.
