What secrets lie with ancient Egypt,Stonehenge,or possibly even Atlantis? Have there indeed been more advanced civilizations of man that have somehow been lost?

Well many secrets lie in these places. Recently a village was found near Stonehenge and it's speculated that there was a wooden replica of the henge in the village. Also, there are passages that have not been completely explored in the pyramids. The past is full of unsolved mysteries and tantalizing glimpses into human life and development.
Aliens & UFOs? Not likely, but then again, not completely unimaginable. So far there has been very little, if any, verifiable proof of aliens, and most of the reasons to suspect alien influence on past civilizations have more plausible human explanations. Given the size of the universe, it seems unlikely that this earth is the only spot where life has developed.

It is possible, but unlikely. The civilization of Atlantis *may* have existed, but what was written about it was "oralized" (meaning in this case, enhanced) by the storytellers until it was finally written down. What intrigues me is the evidence of some ancient sea faring race, possibly of one before the "great deluge" and right before the ice age. I think this has nothing to do with aliens/ufos and more to do with basic humanity.

Archeology cannot find any evidence to support that idea. Geology cannot find a lost continent. There have been islands that have been lost but not entire continents.
There was an episode of "Red Dwarf" that had a good quote. "The great pyramids were not built with big machinery, they were built with big whips."
Genesis 6:1-4 talks about the sons of god marrying the daughters of men. It also talks of giants that are only referred to 7 more times in the bible. I see nothing in there that indicates that there was an advanced civilization on earth.

Yeah the Mayans, but the fact of aliens and UFOs is a little out there.
I'm not saying it's impossible, just really highly doubtful.
And yes they were advanced for the time period. Not advanced as some might thing with anti-grav tech. That's just ridiculous.

I think aliens exist. There are too many people who claim they have been abducted. I doubt all of them are making it up. As for the ancient civilizations, it is believed that the technology the ancients received were from exterrestrial beings, alien like beings are even depicted in their hieroglyphics.
