taping a replaced sheet rock ceiling?

Hi, need your help again, is there a sheetrock tape you can use without using sheetrock mudd? The ceilings are going to be rolled and stipple back to original pattern, someone has already made me the brush to do the design,thanks.

Not that I have heard of. There is a self sticking type, but still need to put mud over it. I prefer just the paper kind, works better.
