WATER!
Look at high snackers - are they drinking water all day, or soda-pop? My guess is soda-pop (or nothing).
Too many people mistake being hungry when their body really just needs more water. Increase your water intake, and you wont feel the need for a snack all the time.
(But remember, there is also needing food, and wanting food. If you just want something to eat, its mind over matter, put your mind on something else, hopefuly something active - people are more likely to eat when they watch TV vs. going for a walk)

Green tea and Hoodia are all-natural appetite suppressants.
However, I would consider just regular diet and exercise before taking the Hoodia. Most people take it unnecesarily and can manage cutting their calorie intake without extra help. Also, consult with your doctor before taking anything that will alter your appetite.
The green tea, however, is perfectly safe. I drink 1-2 cups a day just because it kills free radicals in your body (free radicals can lead to liver, heart and kidney failure). Overall, it makes me feel healthy.

Gordonii Hoodia. I use DEX-L10 from GNC. It's a bit pricey, over 30.00 for 60 capsules. The cheaper hoodii doesn't work.
