Why be on a diet if you're going to cheat! If you can stay away from processed sugar, (including high fructose corn syrup) and refined flour (stick with whole grain) for even as short as a week or two, your cravings for bad things will lessen. Use natural sweetners like raisons and applesauce. It will seem funny at first but when you develope a taste for it you will get over your sugar-jones.
If you are wanting to hide goodies your are either suffering from a food addiction, and these can be very real, an emotional issue, or a control issue. Any way it goes your diet will not be sucessful if you do not give it your all. Find a program you are comfortable with and work the program. Most of them work if you stick with it. Just avoid the ones that try to sell you a lot of processed food sources. You need to eat food the way God created it to be eaten.
Good Luck!
