I have cd but not disk and not listed on settings under printers HELP

Just go to the HP website. You can find it there.

Go to HP.com. Go to support and drivers. Type in your model number, deskjet 5650. And download the drivers appropriate for your operating system. Windows XP , Vista, 98, etc...

Go to www.hp.com and look for the drivers for your printer. I just hope you are not using Vista yet! If so, you may have to wait a few months.
