Really it depends. Typically a woman has smaller hands.

However, if you take a asian man and a french woman, the french woman's hand will usually be larger in size. Or a german man and an italan woman her hands will be smaller. Bone structure and DNA make up this and with the world being intertwinded the way it is, you can have a part asian man and part german man and his hands could be large or small the same with the woman.

I think your hand size really depends on your body frame and genetics. I would say it is safe to say that women generally have smaller hands then men but not always.

Depends on which woman and which man.

Women aren't all the same size and shape - in case you hadn't noticed.
