uhm roughly I think that translates as...those people with dirty and unfounded thoughts who don't want to disclose them to anyone else would simply allow their thoughts to slip away when no one else can hear...example of which is talking to yourself or ranting when no one hears you or balktalking or even quite literally falling asleep thinking...lol

No, that's sounds like a Catch-22 to me.
If an infected mind is sane enough to babble only to his pillow, he's not really crazy. If he were really crazy, he'd be spouting his drivel anywhere, anytime. And he would have to fly more missions. "That Catch-22 is some catch." "It's the best there is."

I'd assume that it means you can tell people who don't care your secretes because they wont remember them?
