Very normal. I have an excellent memory normally but when I was pregnant I was terrible. I forgot to take the keys out of a cupboard once and padlocked it. The keys that I locked in were the keys to the padlock! I forgot to lock a safe overnight where I worked, I would go to town and forget the main thing that I went in for. the bad news is that it doesn't get better when you have the baby, if anything it gets worse!!

YES!
Mine started the week before my period was due. And, I wondered what in the heck was wrong with me. My normal organized self was falling apart at the seams and my husband was very stunned.
I actually "lost" my ID while trying to board a plane. DUH. Then, one of our bags was too heavy and we switched some stuff out. Some stuff was my hubby's shaving bag...complete with THREE razors. rofl. DUH again!!
Needless to say when we went home I took a pregnancy test, already suspecting the answer. And, now I'm 23 weeks along. I guess our bodies get overwhelmed with the influx of hormones...
Same with clumsiness. I drop everything. I slop everything on my shirt. My sleeves end up coated in whatever I had for dinner. Some people say it goes away after your first pregnancy, but this is my second. And, I think it's worse, lol. Probably because I'm chasing after a toddler and not paying much attention to what I'm doing :))

Same here, sometimes forming simple sentences are a problem.
I went for a job interview a few months ago and had great difficulty in answering their questions, it was so embarrassing.
I think it's just down to being preoccupied with the pregnancy and being tired.
Congrats.

Quite normal. The brain has many new objects on which to concentrate, some of them of major importance compared to the necessity for achieving relaxation admidst the main object of concentration and achieving the objectives outlined in your antenatal and relaxation classes ( I wont go into those here; you will have been told these in confidence and you never know who is "listening"!

Yes I'm afraid forgetfulness was one of my symptoms in pregnancy and clumsiness and a massive craving for cement. My partner found it very amusing. It does subside after giving birth, now its just extreme tiredness, you don't have time to be forgetful !! Good Luck with your pregnancy

Most of the women tend to come across to this situation & mostly when it is her first baby. May be, because she is very much worried about her baby & her own health, also may be she is scared as it is her first pregnancy. Most of the time she keeps thinking about her baby & the operation. More over her care takers keep giving number of suggestions; keep telling about does & don'ts so she is totally confused that tend to be forgetful.
Best wishes for a happy & prosperous life.
