I know a level one is the equivalent to O level but i didn't get a one just a 2 and five 3's.

CSE exams?
As far as I remember the Grade 1 CSE is equivelent to grade C -Olevel/GCSE.

But not sure if grade 2 or 3 count. I thought only a grade 1 was Olevel/GCSE standard.

They said CSE was lower standard than Olevels. Thats why some people did CSE and some in the year would do Olevel - depending on ability.
Thats what I was told years ago anyway. But a teacher of education place would be able to confirm for you. Ring up your local college and ask the careers officer.

cse 3 is an o level c, cse 2 is an o level b.

I'd say a very good set of GCSE grades, probably mostly B's and perhaps some A's for the 2 grades.
