Yes it will help. Anything greasy or excess sugar can make your face break out.

yes, soda & candy seems to make acne worse and if it dont starting clearing up in a few days try getting some acne cream at your drug store, if this doesnt help you might need to see a dermatologist.

it might help. fizzy drinks are full of sugar and things your body can't process easily. drink pleanty of water. but if it is acne you may need to visit a doctor and get a prescription as it may be down to hormones
