There's nothing wrong with homosexuality, although it can be a little impractical in a world that looks down on it.

And relatively few people are truly 100% straight or 100% gay.

Don't stress over it.

But like all sexual things at a young age, don't do it unless

1. You're REALLY careful -- even though the medical risks are pretty non-existent, there are plenty of emotional issues and the like.
2. You really want to.

Experimentation. If you do have a thing for your friend could there be a chance you might be bisexual? Why did it happen? The answer it just did. Most likely one thing lead to another and you two got intimate. And sometimes it only will take once. I say take things as it comes.

Did you not like it? If you liked it and found it to be a pleasureable experience there is really no reason not to... Sounds like you had a little fun but you are scared because you don't want it to reflect on your image that you hooked up with a girl instead of a guy.
Do what you want no one should judge you for having fun.

Its called experimenting. It doesn't necessarily mean you guys are now straight bi you just got into a curious point in your life. Most girls go through this I know I did with my best friend too when I was younger. Its normal and a part of life so don't freak out.

I think as all human being wether we admit it or not we are curious in what it would be like to be with the same sex at least once.dont hate yourself or your girffriend and dont be afraid of other peolple and what they might think if that was the road you and your girfriend wanted to go down.the most important thing you can learn from this experience is who you truly are and what will make you happy or not happy.I hope you and your girfriend remain the best of friends.

if women were as sincere and outspoken as i am you wouldn't even be posting this question. It's totally normal for a girl to explore her nature, and it's more common than you think. As long as you are sure what your preferences are and stick to them, everything's going to be ok.
