I am usually quiet, too. I don't like loudmouths. The difference is being on the quiet and content side but being talkative and communicating with someone you enjoy. It is all about balance. I can be loud when someone has pushed me too far.

Many female friends, have said that some guys are TOO quiet and feel they can't even get to know the person. Also, being quiet, you often get misunderstood as far as being stuck up or shy initially. Also, you can attract people that like to control the quiet one assuming they won't speak up. Humor, is an easy way to break the ice. As long as you are more talkative the more you know someone, I feel it is just a sign of content not to have to yack all the time.

Are you quiet but outgoing? That's what I'm attracted to, outgoing guys but I don't mind if they're loud in that they speak up for what they want and have some friends, tha sort of thing. I need a guy that I can get along with his friends, hoever thay are, and he can get along with mine. If you're quiet but can do that you're fine, if not, well... If you mean quiet in that you keep things to youreself, that's not good unless I can crack into you inorder to get to know you. Quiet guys are usually the "geeks" that women love, they know how to really treat a woman. We ove those guys because they want us the same way back. Which "quiet" are you? good luck

You can't tell if you trust someone on whether they're loud a loud guy or a quiet guy...

You have to get to know people first, although this sounds cliche', "A first impression leaves a lasting impression" So be careful on how you respond on first encounters. You build trust later...

It's a personal preference really, but since I tend to be in the loud category, quiet guys get on my nerves.

A guy that makes her laugh would win over the quiet and the loud guy.

I believe it would depend what exactly do you mean that your quiet. Do girls have to pull teeth to get a reaction or comment out of you? Me personally i believe its good to have a guy who's a little of both Quiet and Loud.

definitely quiet. As long as he can say what needs to be said at the right time. Usually loud guys are all blow and no go.

Most women want a quiet guy that will talk to them. I dated a quiet guy, but after awhile it was annoying because he didn't talk to me much either!! Try opening up a bit with your girlfriends.

I want equal. I just don't want a guy that is loud because most likely he is probably full of himself. And I just don't want a guy that is quiet because they don't share much of their feelings, they keep things more hidden. So I would like a guy somewhere in between.
