I'm pretty sure that means Lack of calcium. Drink a few extra glasses of milk or take a calcium supplement.. Tums is probably the cheapest and most effective, take two a day.

lack of calcium. completely harmless, however it is a warning sign that you need to take in more calcium by using a supplement, drinking more milk, eating lots of dairy, yogurt etc.

Cause is lack of calcium. Take more milk. I used to have that problem but condition was cured I drank more milk
