It means that she doens't want anything but sex. She likes you as a friend and is sexually attracted to you but not a boyfriend material. In my opinion, you should have gone for the one night stand!!

Women don't like to sleep with friends its a sure fired way to loose your friend and I assume she likes you enough as a friend not to risk it on a quickie one nighter. Also she might want to have sex with you but not a relationship but she respects you enough as a friend not to risk that friendship.
