nope. but if you really want a copy of it, you can use a p2p software like kazaa or limewire and get it from other users. This is very risky though because you open up your pc to everybody and there is a high possibility that you will get a virus or a spyware in your system..

Instead, try Gimpshop (free) and Open Source, my 2 favourite words. Also, try Paint.net free too.
