Same way you lose any other fat. Eat less, exercise more.

Don't waste your time trying to find exercises that target your butt. Exercise works on muscles. It has no direct impact on fat. Spot reducing is a myth. Your body turns to fat for fuel when you reduce calories, or increase your fuel requirements via exercise. As you burn fat, it comes off more or less evenly from everywhere.

Cardio is going to be the only way to get your butt in shape! But in the mean time why not get a great butt, lift or perk it and maybe give it a boost.
