Pups can open their eyes at 10 days old but most open their eyes at 14 days old. Just because their eyes are open doesn't mean they can see just yet. It take another week or so before that happens. Then they will get somewhat mobile at about 4 weeks old the pups begin to explore their surroundings so you should have a area that they can be kept in where they will be safe and well contained.

I have 4 week old shepherd/rotti X puppies, their eyes opened at about 10 days! Have fun then cause they start to get very mobile!!

It can be as early as 5 days but could be up to 14 days. It's very important not to touch around their eyes - don't try to help them open.

Last time my dog had puppies, they took a few days as in 4 or 5.
